What does the annual membership include?
The annual membership includes access to all our courses. Live webinars and self-paced formats are available. Webinars are offered multiple times throughout the year as well as access to our Strata Education Community. As the program continues to grow, additional courses and supporting resources will be added during the membership term at no additional cost.

Why choose the annual membership instead of individual webinars?
The membership is the most flexible and cost effective option for REALTORS® who plan to complete more than one strata-related PDP hour during the year. It provides access to all courses without the need to register and pay for each webinar separately.

How do PDP credits work with the membership?
PDP hours are earned on a per-course basis. To receive credit, members must complete the course and the required end-of-session quiz for each. PDP hours can only be claimed once for each course, despite the format you completed it in.

Are the webinars offered more than once?
Yes. Each webinar is delivered multiple times throughout the year to provide scheduling flexibility. We also have accredited self-paced versions of our courses which give you the flexibility to complete them on your own schedule. PDP hours are earned once per unique course regardless of which format you used. For example: If you complete the live version & the self-paced version of any course, only one of them will count towards your PDP hours.

Can I attend the same webinar more than once?
Yes. Members may attend a webinar multiple times for review or convenience. A PDP hour is earned once per course (per 2 year cycle), even if attended more than once. Once you are in a new licensing cycle, courses can be repeated and an hour earned again. Courses will be updated based on legislation and rule changes.

Are self-paced courses included?
Yes! We now have self-paced versions of all our courses for your convenience. These are also included in the membership for no additional cost.

Is the membership right for me if I only need one PDP credit?
If you only need one specific topic, individual webinars can be purchased separately but at a higher per-PDP cost. The annual membership is best suited for REALTORS® who want ongoing access and flexibility throughout the year.

This membership is intended for licensed REALTORS® in British Columbia who regularly work with strata-titled properties and want practical, ongoing professional development.

What happens if I can’t attend a scheduled session?
Each webinar is offered multiple times throughout the year to provide flexibility. However, you can also take the self-paced courses anytime you like!
