This accredited self-paced online course is designed for licensed REALTORS® in British Columbia who work with strata-titled properties and want a practical understanding of strata types, sections, and air space parcels. The session explains how strata types, sections, and air space parcels are defined, how they differ from one another, and how each impacts contracts, fees, bylaws, and document packages. Key document requirements are discussed for each, along with real-world examples of liability and common red flags REALTORS® should watch for. Practical guidance is provided to help REALTORS® understand how to identify these structures in strata documents, request the right materials during a sale, and protect their clients from unexpected fees or incomplete disclosure. This session is delivered as a self-paced online course. Successful completion of a required end-of-course quiz is required to receive a certificate of completion and one accredited PDP hour.
