The session focuses on how to read and interpret key financial documents, including operating budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and contingency reserve fund information. Common issues and limitations in financial reporting are discussed, along with how financials should be reviewed alongside other strata documents. Practical guidance is provided to help REALTORS® identify potential concerns, ask better questions, and communicate financial information clearly with clients when reviewing strata-titled properties. This session is delivered as a self-paced online course. Successful completion of a required end-of-course quiz is required to receive a certificate of completion and one accredited PDP hour.
