The session walks through the key documents typically requested during a transaction, why they matter, and where gaps or inconsistencies are most often found. Topics include Form B Information Certificates, budgets and financial statements, depreciation reports, bylaws and rules, insurance summaries, strata plans, meeting minutes, and other commonly requested reports. Practical tips are shared to help REALTORS® identify missing information, understand how documents relate to one another, and communicate effectively with clients when reviewing strata documentation. This session is delivered live via Zoom. Live attendance and successful completion of a required end-of-session quiz are required to receive a certificate of completion and one PDP credit.
