This self-paced, accredited course is designed for licensed REALTORS® in British Columbia who work with strata-titled properties and want a clearer, more practical understanding of strata documents. The session walks through the key documents typically requested during a transaction, why they matter, and where gaps or inconsistencies are most often found. Topics include Form B Information Certificates, budgets and financial statements, depreciation reports, bylaws and rules, insurance summaries, strata plans, meeting minutes, and other commonly requested reports. Practical tips are shared to help REALTORS® identify missing information, understand how documents relate to one another, and communicate effectively with clients when reviewing strata documentation. This session is delivered as a self-paced online course. Successful completion of a required end-of-course quiz is required to receive a certificate of completion and one accredited PDP hour.
